ALQUERNAT LIVOL is composed by Cynara scolymus and Pimpinella anisum extracts, tipically Mediterranean plants and with a wide use in traditional nutrition of the area, due to the action of silymarines.

Flavonoids are polyphenolic compounds of low molecular weight, formed by two bencenic rings (6C) bonded by a propanic chain (3C). The antioxidant function is due to the lateral chains and hydroxile group position.
